Connie Edwards Josey founded First Street Legal in January 2021.  Our office is located in a beautifully renovated historic home, just outside of downtown Albemarle.  However, as a technology-focused firm, we are able to provide real estate closings and other services throughout North Carolina.  
 

Client satisfaction is our focus, which we achieve through effective communication and efficient service.

 Ms. Connie Josey is a valuable resource to the City of Locust. I’ve had the privilege of working with her during my 5 year tenure as City Administrator for the City of Locust.
